John was one of approximately 270 consultants authorized by UBS, nationwide, to deliver services in an ERISA-defined fiduciary capacity. He partnered with more than 70 businesses serving nearly 15,000 plan participants during his time at the firm. John and the plan consulting team partner with companies to design, invigorate, and revitalize retirement benefit plans. Robust employee engagement initiatives, a sound investment selection and management process, comprehensive plan governance procedures, and an executed 3(21) or 3(38) fiduciary agreement all form the foundation of this partnership.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration – Marketing from Michigan State University and a Master of Education from Carroll University specializing in Adult Education. She is responsible for all aspects of financial wellness programming, including curriculum development, design of education programs, and delivery of face-to-face and remote personal money advice.
