Robert Massa is the Managing Director of Retirement in Houston for Qualified Plan Advisors (QPA). Rob is a retirement professional with more than 25 years of retirement industry experience. His primary responsibilities include practice management, strategic investment direction and advice, retirement plan design consulting and compliance, employee education and development, financial wellness strategies, client relationship management and SEC compliance. His career has been focused in the investment management and administration of qualified retirement plans in a diverse series of roles including investment advice, trust administration, recordkeeping, plan document drafting, compliance testing, product management, legal and client consultation. Rob has a Bachelor of Arts in public administration and a minor in mathematics from the College of New Jersey.
David T. Morehead

David has been in the financial services industry since 2007. His area of expertise involves defined contribution, defined benefit and non-qualified deferred compensation plan consulting. He holds both his Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA registrations as well as the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designations. David was also nominated as one of the 300 Most Influential Retirement Plan Advisers in 2010 by PLANSPONSOR Magazine and has been designated as one of the Top Advisors Under Age 40 for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. These designations and accolades indicate the high level of proficiency David has when it comes to seeking to provide clients with the optimal solution for their retirement planning needs. David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Science from the University of California San Diego.
Jim Scheinberg

Jim Scheinberg is the Managing Partner of North Pier Search Consulting, where he focuses his three decades of consulting and management expertise on building and improving institutional investment programs and their teams. Specializing in OCIO, consultant, and service provider search and evaluation, Jim has successfully conducted projects totaling more than $66 billion in assets for pensions and non-profit asset owners. He achieved the Certified Investment Management Analyst through the Wharton School of Business, and sits on his alma mater UCLA's Chancellor's Cabinet and Political Science Department board. In 2018, Jim co-founded the Discretionary Investment Management Working Group on Data Standards. He regularly serves as an expert witness for landmark ERISA litigation and as an independent expert for the U.S. Department of Labor.
